ARTISTIC STYLE
Our style on traditional 4 hour or greater wedding coverage is to capture your day with a blend of the several styles as reflected in the different categories below. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of you life and can include an artistic style. Every detail has a special meaning. You invested so much time to bring the wedding of your dreams to life, including the style of photography you choose to capture your day. Artistic creativity is our focus to capture the timeless moments, your dress, the rings, the flowers, the guest place cards, your shoes and the favors you give your guests and bridal party. The artistry in photography is in the composition and lighting as well as skills in rendering images after the day. Graphic design programs give the photographer and client many options since the digital files are granted to the client and noted in the package selected. You may like special effects such as black and white with the flowers in color or intense surrealistic saturated color and other filter effects. Touch ups of any kind are all possible today and we can give you a free quote on any image. The ability and skill in rendering images will add uniqueness to your coverage and an excellent addition to any album design giving your images the finishing touches you desire. Albums are optional as an add on. Quotes upon request.
FUN
You’re unique, you’re stylish and you are fun. You have a dream of your wedding and you want to have the photographer see it the way you do. We encourage you to visit a few different photographers to find one who’s images move you and connect with you. Being comfortable with your photographer is an important element to creating amazing images.

We are unobtrusive and naturalistic capturing your day with flair and originality. We love to tell a story with the memories we create. Being included to share in your wedding day and trusted to capture some of you and your families most intimate moments is an honor and a privilege we hold tenderly. We get to meet so many nice families in our business and it gives us memories as well that we in some small way feel as though we have extended relationships with the families we work with. One of our rewards is hearing our clients say “We are amazed at how many beautiful images you took of our day and we hardly noticed you”. Another is when our couples come back after they have a baby and they want us to continue to create memories for them and the generations to come. JOURNALISTIC CANDIDS
Journalistic Candids or “Photojournalistic” is an editorial style that captures the unforgettable moments as they are in real time. This style of shooting has little to no interference by the photographer and the images are non posed action. Memories last forever in photographs. We believe it is important to capture the moments others may not see… the groom as the bride enters the room for the first time, the ring bearer peaking through the groomsmen during the ceremony, the flower girl dropping the petals, the tear on her dads face as he dances with his daughter, the first kiss as husband and wife to the bubbles as they leave for their honeymoon. A photojournalist needs to be in the right place at the right time to capture the expressions and emotions as they happen.
TRADITIONAL STYLE
This is best described as the posed group and individual arrangements of family and bridal party along with images of the bride and groom and this style category is the default style we use in our Secret Garden elopement and complete packages viewable on the pricing page of the Secret Garden website. These are those precious moments of family all coming together who haven’t seen each other for long periods of time. We are skilled in the formalities of capturing the right combinations so that everyone is included. We take pride in listening to our couples, their needs, their ideas and their requests.
