We are a CELEBRATION OF LIFE EVENT SPACE IN LONGWOOD NEAR ORLANDO. Over the years, we have been asked numerous times if we would host a celebration of life event. We have always operated in the capacity of a wedding venue and we are limited on the number of people that would be able to attend which is 30 people. We are an outdoor garden event venue just 20 minutes from downtown Orlando near Lake Mary, Winter Springs and Heathrow. We do have a small covered area as a backup plan in the event of inclement weather, however, it is only suitable in this scenario for a smaller gathering.
The Secret Garden offers two private prayer rooms for personal use available. A professional photographer if requested for group photos including high resolution digital files files with duplication rights. Mingling area with food station for snack trays and or desserts. A beverage station for refreshments is included in the package with black linens provided for food and beverage station. Chairs and several small tables also provided. A P.A. system and background music is provided for the duration of the event.
Our CELEBRATION OF LIFE EVENT SPACE – The Secret Garden Package includes the use of our private lake-view garden and patio for a private gathering of up to 30 guests.
Memorial service area with chairs and benches for small service to honor the loved one. Minister will perform service if requested. One meeting with minister prior to scheduled event date included to go over service.

We are currently offering this 3 hour package for $1500 with the option to add an additional hour for set up and breakdown if requested.

What days of the week are available for a COL event?
We are available 7 days a week.
What times of the day are available?
We have times available from 10:00 AM to arrive and ending no later than one hour before sunset so ending times are variable based upon the month of the year.
What is the payment amount required to reserve a date and time?
We only require a $300 payment which is applied to the contract and the remaining balance is not due until 15 days before the event.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
We do not refund monies when the event is cancelled by the client however we do give you a full year to reschedule if needed and any reason is valid as long as the cancellation occurs no less than 24 hours prior to the reserved date.
Are we allowed to bring food and beverages?
Yes as we do not provide any food or beverages. That would be your responsibility as well as any items such as plates, utensils, napkins, etc. If you have specific questions please call us so we can better answer those questions.
